Multisite Campus Pastor
At Highpoint we are all about helping people believe in, belong to, and become like Jesus! As Campus Pastor of Highpoint’s largest campus, you will be at the forefront of advancing the mission and championing a vibrant culture across all campuses. This role oversees all the ministries of the Naperville campus. The Naperville Campus Pastor must be a strong leader and ministry catalyst having the ability to get things done as well as inspiring and equipping staff and volunteers to thrive in their roles. This pastoral role will be a recognized face to the Naperville congregation and will teach at weekend services 8-12 times per year.

To direct Highpoint Students by leading junior high and high school students while developing adult leaders to invest into the lives of students
Apply NowOverview of Roles & Responsibilities:
Execute weekly student ministry programs - plan, facilitate elements (worship, games, small groups, etc.), teach
Implement our 3 ministry values - incarnational care, impactful gatherings, and intentional discipleship
Discover (recruit), develop (train), deploy (empower) adult leaders to invest in the lives of students.
Create a welcoming and relational culture for each student to feel known, cared for, and celebrated.
Contact students during the week - new students, missing students, active students.
Build a ministry "of" students, not "to" students - create serve teams like worship team, welcoming team, snack team, programming team (hosting, games, etc), card writing team, social media team, etc.
Participate with the Highpoint Students staff team to plan ministry events in a collaborative way - calendar planning, retreats/camps, series, etc.
Attend Sunday worship services and engage with students and parents in the lobby.
Other tasks as deemed necessary
